Who do we provide services to?
Irish HomeCare provides home care and support to an extensive range of people of all ages within the community. Home support enables people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes within their communities.
There are many reasons why people might require the support of home care services, some of which include companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, help around the house, personal care support or support required following an illness. Home care services can be required daily, weekly or occasionally, for short periods or long periods. Everybody’s needs are different and at Irish HomeCare, we offer a flexible service tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Our carers will ensure that the care delivered to you is person-centred in accordance with your wishes.
What services do we provide?
Irish HomeCare provide a comprehensive range of care and support services ranging from companionship services, practical care supports, personal care supports, specialist services and reablement programmes.
We can help you recover after a stay in hospital and assist you to adjust back home in your community environment. We can provide respite to your regular Carer whilst they take a break in the knowledge that all your needs are catered for. Our carers can also help with some of the day-to-day activities you may be finding increasingly difficult or be available to carry out more complex tasks if the need arises for longer periods of time.
These services can be delivered in time slots ranging from a 30-minute period to 24 hours a day. The care we deliver is person-centred which means you are at the centre of your care and your needs are our priority.
