We are currently looking for a Scheduler for the Castleblayney area.

Our Castleblayney team is expanding and we are looking for someone with a passion for planning to join us as a Scheduler in our Castleblayney office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining client schedules and preparing rotas to ensure the effective utilisation of staff
- Ensure shifts are covered for annual leave and sick leave
- Work with your team to ensure the appropriate carer is allocated to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with Carers, Team Leaders and Area Service Managers
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, or in a homecare setting would be preferable
- Outstanding organisational, problem solving and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask with great attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Strong IT skills
