We are looking for a Home Care Scheduler to join our Sligo office

The Homecare Scheduler will coordinate the day to day activities related to scheduling visiting staff ensuring the most effective and efficient visiting runs are developed to ensure  maximisation of individual staffs capacity.

To prepare, maintain and constantly review all visiting schedules. To perform clerical duties related to the scheduling functions to ensure that Irish Home Care goals and targets are consistently met. 

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be looking after the coordination of schedules for the health care assistants in the computer scheduling system. You will also arrange and organise the schedules for clients and staff in line with the HSE care plan requirements and ensure full delivery of the care times assigned to individual clients. 

What we require

Good administration skills and ability to prioritise
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
Good interpersonal skills

Full clean driving licence and car essential as travel to other Irish HomeCare offices and locations will be required. 

Available to work additional and flexible hours to meet business needs as necessary.
